Sue’s Place is entitled to 25% tax reclaim from the Inland Revenue on every £1 donated by UK taxpayers. If you are thinking of making a donation to Sue’s Place, please consider filling out a Gift Aid form.
This costs you no extra money and allows us to claim back 25p for every £1 you give to us. All we need from you is permission to reclaim the tax you have paid to HMRC.
If you pay tax at the higher rate, you can reclaim tax relief on your gross donation at 18% (eg the difference between the higher rate of tax at 40% and the basic rate at 20%).
